This approach emphasizes continuous learning, legal reasoning, advocacy skills, ethical understanding, and practical exposure to the legal system.

  • Application-Based Activity: Practical legal exercises requiring students to apply statutory provisions, judicial precedents, and legal principles to real or hypothetical situations, thereby enhancing legal reasoning, drafting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Regularity in Theory: Consistent attendance, classroom participation, case discussions, and engagement in lectures to ensure conceptual clarity, legal awareness, and continuous academic involvement in doctrinal subjects.
  • Case Analysis and Case Comment Writing: Students critically analyse landmark judgments and contemporary legal disputes, preparing structured case comments to develop analytical thinking, interpretation skills, and understanding of judicial reasoning.
