TM Journal of Advanced Computing and Recent Technology is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, SOET, ITM University Gwalior. The journal focuses on emerging trends, advanced research developments, and innovative practices in computing technologies. It provides a platform for researchers, academicians, industry experts, and scholars to share original research contributions and review studies across various domains of computer science and engineering.

Author Guidelines

The journal publishes original research in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, IoT, Software Engineering, and emerging technologies.

1. Types of Manuscripts

Research Articles, Review Articles, Short Communications, and Case Studies.

2. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Authors must use the IJARET template. Do not modify predefined styles.

3. Manuscript Structure

Title, Authors, Abstract (max 200 words), Graphical Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results & Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments, References.

4. Formatting Specifications
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 9–10 pt (as per template)
  • Font Size: 9–10 pt (as per template)
  • Layout: Two-column format
  • Equations: Single column, properly aligned
  • Tables: Only horizontal lines (no vertical borders)
  • Figures: Clearly labelled with captions below
5. Reference Style
  • IJARET follows IEEE referencing style
  • Citations should be numbered in order of appearance
  • Use superscript numbers in text

Reference Format:

A. Kumar and S. Singh, "Machine learning techniques for data mining," International Journal of Computer Science, vol. 10, no. 2, pp. 45–50, 2022.

7. Submission Requirements

Manuscript, Graphical Abstract, Declaration Form, Copyright Form, Cover Letter.

8. Peer Review Process

Double-blind review with at least two reviewers. Decision: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, Reject.

9. Publication Ethics

Original work, no plagiarism, proper citation, ethical standards.

10. Plagiarism Policy

Similarity index should be ≤15%.

11. Copyright Policy

Copyright is transferred to the journal upon acceptance. Open-access policy applies.

Paper Review

Papers will be sent for review process as soon as journal board receives the research paper.

After review process if paper is accepted, then a letter regarding paper acceptance will be sent to author email address along with following documents.

  • Original paper
  • Reviewed Form (in .pdf)
  • Paper Registration Fee Form
  • IJARET Copyright Form (if not submitted)
  • IJARET Standard Paper Template

If paper is rejected, then a reviewed form will be sent on author email address.
