ITM University, Gwalior, has established a comprehensive policy and strategic framework aimed at fostering robust engagement with its alumni. Our Faculty conducts informal interviews to elicit feedback about the relevance of the course content, coverage, etc. Interaction with them provides feedback on the relevance of the course content, methods of teaching and use of teaching aids based on the needs in the community. Moreover, alumni bring a sense of continuity and tradition to our school community. As they return to campus for reunions, homecoming events, and alumni gatherings, they reconnect with former classmates and forge new connections with current students and faculty.
