Eligibility and Registration

• Eligibility: Students expecting to graduate by the end of the academic year 2025 and seeking employment are eligible for placement, provided they have registered with the TAP Cell.
• Criteria for Exclusion: Students are ineligible if they have unpaid fees, incomplete summer internships, attendance below 75%, poor feedback from faculty, or more than one backlog.
• Mandatory Participation: Pre-registration for each campus drive is mandatory. Students must maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and adherence to the University's Code of Conduct during all placement activities.

Placement Process

• Pre-Drive Preparation: Students must carefully review job descriptions and attend preparatory sessions. Reporting on time for both in-person and virtual drives is mandatory.
• During the Drive: Students should maintain confidentiality, stay at the venue/on call, and demonstrate professional behavior throughout the process.
• Post-Drive: Selected students must join the organization as per the offer letter and update the TAP Cell accordingly.

Disciplinary Policies

• Absenteeism: Unexcused absences from any part of the selection process will lead to debarment from subsequent campus drives. Re-registration requires director’s permission.
• Offer Rejection: Students must not reject job offers after acceptance. Failing to join the offered position will result in disciplinary actions and exclusion from future placement activities.

Additional Opportunities

Students placed in non-core roles can apply for core positions until they receive a final offer in their domain. Students may also apply for dream companies offering double the current salary package.

General Instructions

• Professional Conduct: Students must wear their institute ID, adhere to dress codes, and maintain decorum during interactions with recruiters.
• Preparation: Students should be well-prepared for interviews, keeping records of applications and studying company profiles.
• Travel Arrangements: Students must make their own travel arrangements for off-campus interviews.

Joining and Withdrawal

• Offer Acceptance: Students must submit a copy of the offer letter to the TAP Cell and seek permission from the Head of the Department before joining.
