ITM University Gwalior is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC), a statutory body of the Government of India under 2(f) of UGC Act. ITM University is included in the list of universities maintained by University Grants

Commission under section - 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. University Grants Commission has empowered us to award the degrees under UGC Act 1956.

Established and Approved by the State Government

ITM University Gwalior has been notified in the Gazette (Extra-ordinary) of the state Govt. On 04th May, 2011 and scheduled in the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam, 2007 (No. 17 of 2007).
