Craft/ Artisan ‘ate your Career with Training and Placement Cell

Training and placement activities at a university play a crucial role in preparing students for their professional careers. These activities are typically organized by a dedicated Training and Placement Cell (T&P Cell) within the university. The university has a fully functional Training and Placement with a proactive approach and close collaboration with industry to ensure students are well-prepared and have ample opportunities for career advancement.

The training includes following modules :

  • Internships
  • Global Certification preparation
  • Career counseling
  • Preparation for Placement drives

To achieve this, training activities, such as internships, aptitude and reasoning practice and interactions with industry experts is made a part of the curriculum. Along with this, technical training modules are synchronized with the semester wise syllabi to enhance the learning outcome of relevant technologies. All trainings that are organized have an outcome based approach and students are subjected to a capstone project.

How to Reach the TAP Cell:

The student registers for the training right in the first semester and the modules starts from II sem onwards. To make the process more transparent and clear an orientation session on upcoming trainings and placement activities is carried out at commencement of each semester and student suggestions are also incorporated in further execution. Every class has a student placement coordinator, every department has a faculty placement coordinator who work as the bridge between TAP Cell and the students for communication and feedback.


Points to remember:
  • Remember to fill the training willingness form as and when asked
  • Keep track of notices issued by TAP Cell
  • Keep in constant touch with the Faculty Placement Coordinator of respective department School
  • Regularly attend training modules offered by TAP Cell
