Having served in senior leadership roles, including Vice President (Works) at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., he possesses deep expertise in operational excellence, cost optimization, and large-scale plant management.

Mr. Bijay Kumar Behera

With an illustrious career spanning more than four decades in Human Resource leadership, Mr. Bijay Kumar Behera joins ITM University as Professor of Practice. Formerly the Vice President – HR at Surya Roshni Ltd., he is a recognized expert in industrial relations, strategic HR management, and organizational development.

Mr. Ashish Singh Chandel
Product Designer | IIT Bombay Alumni

Mr. Ashish Singh Chandel, a distinguished product designer and academician, joins ITM University with over two decades of experience in design innovation and entrepreneurship. Holding a Master’s degree in Design from IIT Bombay, he has contributed to impactful projects in transportation, sustainable design, and product innovation.

His experience spans both industry and academia, including active involvement in startup incubation and curriculum development.
