The School of Pharmacy, a premier constituent unit of ITM University Gwalior (NAAC A Grade), is located in the UNESCO World Heritage City of Music—Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Conference Overview

IREP 2026 explores the evolving landscape of pharmacy through the theme “Pharma MedTech: Innovations in Research, Education, and Practice for the Next Generation of Care.” The conference aims to bring together pharmacy professionals, educators, researchers, and students to deliberate on recent advances in drug discovery, pharmaceutical practice, and education.

Key focus areas include personalized medicine, digital health technologies, nanotechnology, novel drug delivery systems, genomics based therapeutics, regulatory science, and interdisciplinary patient centered care. The conference will also address the need for adaptive pharmacy education to meet global healthcare challenges, strengthen pharmacovigilance, enhance medication management, and optimize patient care outcomes.

Oral/poster Presentation

Poster boards will be provided for poster presentation. Each poster will be allotted a board space measuring (inch 36”*48”). The text should be rendered with a sufficiently large font to be legible form a distance of 1-2 meters. Graphs, tables, figures, photographs or maps be used within the limits of the board space allocated. The oral presentation shall be 10 minutes duration. Details for oral presentation shall be shared in due course of time.

Awards

Best oral and poster presentations will be recognized during the valedictory session with First, Second, and Third prizes in each category. A special Young Innovators Award will also be presented.

Call For Abstracts

The local Organizing Committee of IREP-2025 Conference is pleased to invite the submission of an abstract for Poster presentation on wide areas of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Technology. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Souvenir cum Abstract book, and selected full length paper will be published in indexed book with ISBN. Scientific research findings/ reviews/ case studies of original, unpublished work are invited for a poster presentation. The abstract should be submitted in MS Word . The abstract should not be more than 250 words and should be in Times New Roman (font size 12 with title in bold). The name of the primary author/ the presenting author should be in bold, corresponding author’s name should be bold and marked with an *asterisk. Next, after the names, affiliation should be given along with mail id, and should be compulsorily registered for the conference. The poster preparation guidelines will be sent to the corresponding author via email if his/her abstract is selected by the Scientific Committee of IREP Conference.

Accommodation

Gwalior has a number of hotels with a tariff ranging from INR 1500/- to INR 5500/- Hotels are located within a radius of about 10 km from the ITM University campus. Those who are desirous of hotel accommodation are requested to inform the organizing team well in advance.ure-2%20(1).pdf

Terms And Conditions

The abstracts shall be submitted by clicking the link of the Google Form and in case any clarification an email shall be dropped to irep2026@itmuniversity.ac.in To present a poster, the presenting author must be a registered delegate of the conference. Two best abstracts in each category will be called for Oral Presentation after the acceptance of Presenting Author. The Poster and Oral presentation will be organized in Zoom Online Platform and the link for the same will be communicated to the Author’s email ID only. Please adhere to the instructions given by the Scientific Services Committee in all events of the Conference.
