The journal accepts the following categories:

Research Articles should report original and significant findings in pharmaceutical and healthcare sciences. Manuscripts should include detailed methodology, scientific analysis, and discussion of findings.

2. Review Articles

Review Articles should summarize current developments, emerging trends, and critical analyses in a specific research area. Review articles should provide updated and comprehensive information beneficial to researchers, academicians, clinicians, and industry professionals.

3. Short Communications

Submission of Manuscripts

Manuscripts must be submitted only through the journal’s online submission system. Authors should upload:

Materials and Methods

This section should provide sufficient detail for reproducibility. Authors should include:

Note: References from unreliable websites are discouraged .

Tables
  • Tables should be numbered consecutively
  • Each table must have a descriptive title
  • Tables should be placed after references
Figures and Images

Figures should:

  • Be submitted in TIFF or JPG format.
  • Have a minimum resolution of 300–500 DPI.
  • Be professionally prepared.
  • Include proper legends and scale bars where required.

Color figures may appear online, while print versions may be reproduced in grayscale.

Ethical Requirements

For studies involving humans or animals, authors must provide:

  • Institutional Ethics Committee approval.
  • Informed consent statements.
  • Compliance with applicable ethical guidelines.
Plagiarism Policy

SPRJ follows a strict anti-plagiarism policy. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, fabricated data, duplicate publication, or any unethical content shall be rejected immediately.

The ITM School of Pharmacy Journal(ITMSPRJ) follows the principles and best practices recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics, transparency, academic integrity, and professional conduct in scientific publishing.

Duties of Publisher
Business and Publication Practices

The journal is published under the academic supervision of the School of Pharmacy, ITM University Gwalior. The publisher is responsible for maintaining the journal website, editorial support systems, publication workflow, production quality, archiving, indexing compliance, and dissemination of published content.

The publisher shall ensure compliance with all applicable national and international guidelines, regulations, and ethical standards governing scholarly publication and communication.

Handling of Unethical Publishing Behavior

In cases of alleged or proven scientific misconduct, plagiarism, duplicate publication, falsification, fabrication, or unethical research practices, the publisher, in coordination with the editorial board, shall take appropriate corrective measures.
