Submitted manuscripts must represent original scholarly work. All submissions are screened using plagiarism-detection software before being sent for review.As a general policy, manuscripts with similarity levels exceeding 10 percent may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected at the discretion of the Editorial Board. Cases involving substantial plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, or other forms of research misconduct will result in immediate rejection
Every manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening to assess its suitability for the Journal's scope and standards. Manuscripts that satisfy these requirements are sent for double-blind peer review.The decision of the Editor, based on reviewers' recommendations, shall be final. Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewer comments before a final decision is reached.
