1 03 September 2026 Train the Team Develop students' understanding of employee training, learning needs assessment, instructional design, and team development through interactive workshops and practical activities. Enhances teamwork, leadership, communication, facilitation, and training design skills while building confidence in conducting employee development initiatives.
2 16 September 2026 Boardroom Breakdown Engage students in analysing real-world HR and organizational challenges through boardroom-style discussions, strategic debates, and decision-making simulations. Develops strategic thinking, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, negotiation, and collaborative decision-making skills required in managerial roles.
3 06 November 2026 Beyond Compliance: Building a POSH-Aware Workplace Create awareness about the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, workplace ethics, respectful behaviour, and organizational responsibilities through expert sessions, case discussions, and interactive learning. Promotes legal awareness, ethical leadership, gender sensitivity, workplace professionalism, and responsible organizational citizenship.
