Candidates are called to attend counseling of ITM University, Gwalior, for admission in B.Tech. / B.Tech. (H), B.Tech.+M.Tech. Courses as per schedule given below:

Candidates reporting for counselling are requested to bring the following mentioned documents in original (with one set of photocopy):
- Marks sheet of 10th Standard
- Certificate of 10th Standard
- Marks sheet of 12th Standard
- Transfer Certificate from the last institution Attended
- Character Certificate from the Last Institution Attended
- Caste Certificate if seeking admission in SC/ST/OBC category
- 5 Passport size photographs
- Admission Fee

For Hostelites
- DD of Rs.2,04,950 in favor of Registrar, ITM University, Gwalior payable at Gwalior. (Includes Prospectus fee, Academic fees, Caution Money, Hostel And Mess, Hostel Caution Money, BEC Fee)
For Day scholars
- DD of Rs.1,37,200 in favor of Registrar, ITM University, Gwalior payable at Gwalior. (Includes Prospectus fee, Academic fees, Caution Money, Transportation, BEC Fee)

Payment can also be done on installment basis.

Ist Installment –

For Hostelites – DD of Rs.111200/- (Includes Prospectus fee, Academic fees, Caution Money, Hostel And Mess, Hostel Caution Money, BEC Fee)

For Day Scholars – DD Rs. 73700/- (Includes Prospectus Fee, Academic fees, Transportation, Caution Money, BEC Fee)

IInd Installment –

For Hostelites – DD of Rs.93750/- (Includes Semester Academic fee, Hostel and Mess)

For Day Scholars – DD of Rs. 63500/- (Includes Semester Academic fee, Transportation)
