e-Tracking through SMS / Internet:

• Once the application is received at ITM University,Gwalior a message will be sent by SMS to the candidates stating that their application has been received at ITM University,Gwalior. This would however be possible only if the mobile number is correctly shared in the Application Form. The candidates may also track the status of their Application by typing their application number in the ITM University,Gwalior website. However, this feature can be availed of only after about 2 weeks of dispatch of their application.


• Once the Admit Card is processed, this information will be sent to the candidates mentioning their roll number and the examination centre. This information can also be viewed through the website. At the time of publication of the results, the rank wise result will be available in the ITM University,Gwalior website.
