Results Declaration and Admission

(A)

• There is no provision to send the marks of the candidates (selected or unselected) by post. The entrance examination results will be available in the ITM University, website: www.itmuniversity.ac.in. We have also arranged to send results via SMS.
• Since the entrance test is online. There is no provision for re-grading and retotalling. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
• A merit list will be prepared based on the marks secured in the ITM-NEST – 2012 for each course.


• Students will be offered admission as per the merit list.


• In courses where GD / PI are a part of admission process merit list will be prepared after adding their marks.


• First merit list for admission will be declared in the first week of June, 2012. Candidates writing ITM-NEST 2012 in the month of June, 2012 will be considered for admission only for non reported seats.


• Candidate must deposit full fees within 10 days after information of his/her admission by the University, failing which, the University has a right to cancel his/her admission.


• If any student seeks cancellation of his/her admission, he/she must apply within a week after the declaration of Admission List.
